We call warm leads: people who already know the product and shared their contact details. Our sales specialists convert interest into confirmed orders — consistently, at scale, across EU markets.

Upsell on existing orders

Every confirmed order is an opportunity. We reach out to current customers to increase basket value through relevant add-ons and upgrades matched to their purchase.

Cart abandonment recovery

Customers who started but did not finish checkout. We call back, handle objections, and recover revenue that would otherwise be lost — usually within 24 hours.
