What your first month looks like
Week 1 – training
5 days of structured sales training. You learn the process, the scripts, and how to handle objections. A short assessment at the end before going live.
Week 2 – onboarding
You work with an onboarding specialist. You learn the system in practice and prepare for your first customer calls.
Week 3 – live with team leader
You start taking calls under team leader supervision. Live support, real-time feedback, and coaching throughout.
Week 4 – independent work
You work independently but with ongoing team leader and peer support available.
