What you need to get started
- A laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection — VoIP call quality depends on it directly
- A headset for calls
- Fluent spoken language for your target market — native or near-native level

No. Many of our best agents started with no call center background. We provide structured sales training before your first live call. What matters is your language level, your attitude toward performance-based work, and your willingness to learn the craft.
You need a laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Calls are made via VoIP through a browser-based application — connection quality directly affects call quality. A mobile hotspot or unstable connection is not suitable.
Week one is structured sales training — paid, remote, full-time. Week two is project onboarding with live coaching from your team leader and support from your colleagues before you take independent calls. Training pay is conditional on staying with us for a minimum of 30 days.
We hire for multiple EU markets. Each role requires fluent spoken language for the relevant market — native or near-native level. Language is verified during the recruiter call. New markets are added as we grow.
The role is fully remote. There is no fixed geographic restriction, provided you meet the technical requirements and hold the required language level for your market.
